1. Company Information High Score International is a sportswear, workwear, and safety apparel manufacturer based in Punjab, Pakistan, operating both directly and through our verified Alibaba storefront.
2. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Our standard MOQ is 40+ pieces per order.
- All orders are confirmed only after written agreement on specifications, pricing, and quantities via email, WhatsApp, or Alibaba.
- Sample approval (where applicable) must be completed before bulk production begins.
3. Pricing
- Prices listed on the website (e.g., for gloves, workwear, fitness apparel) are indicative and may vary based on customization, fabric choice, order volume, and current material costs.
- Final pricing is confirmed in the invoice/proforma invoice issued before production.
4. Payment
- Payment terms (deposit and balance) are agreed upon per order, as outlined in our Safe and Easy Payments policy.
- Production begins only after the agreed deposit is received.
5. Production & Customization
- We manufacture based on the specifications, artwork, and approvals provided by the buyer. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of designs, logos, and sizing charts submitted.
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or measurement (within standard industry tolerance) are not considered defects.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided at order confirmation but are not guaranteed delivery dates due to factors like customs and carrier delays.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Governed by our Money Back Policy. Custom orders matching approved specifications are generally non-refundable once production has started.
8. Intellectual Property
- Buyers submitting logos, designs, or trademarks for customization confirm they have the legal right to use them. High Score International is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from buyer-submitted designs.
- All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of High Score International unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability High Score International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
